thanks 4 the support royalblush, its a bit off a stupid rule considering most people get a new cp sooner or later, im just thinking that if i downloaded the file from my old cp on 2 my new cp but i dont have the tools or knowledge 2 do that and theres no way im paying 4 the tools 2 probs loose $ hei at least if anyone reads this there think twice from playing there and all i ever here about golden palace is there the best casino on the planet

SUPERDUDE, try this:

On your new pc, download the casino just like you had never heard of them before. Then, after it is installed, bring it up and log in with the same username or account # and the same password you always did. See if it doesn't let you in and show the same balance you left it with. Just go ahead and play as if you hadn't even changed computers.

I have done that several times and never had a problem.

Then from now on, try to stick to the casinos that have banners on the Crush sites. Geno checks them out real well before accepting them.
