Ok what you have to do is receive the CD in the snail mail with your code. You have to REINSTALL with the CD and use your old account name when it starts back up and you will get your free $10. You can't just put the code in your existing software and have it work.

Yep, Val is right.. I got the CD in the mail a couple days ago
with that same code.. free was instant after reinstating my account.
