im having a hard time trying to get my ecocard verafied for p2p transfers, i cannot find a phone # and there fax does not work from canada and the email addy that they sent us p2p@security comes back un delivered

A while back I followed the procedures to set up my netspend as my bank, and was told that there would be two deposits made that I would have to indicate what they were. Well I never recieved any depostis, and tried finding out what was going on.

Well I was going nowhere, and just decided to wait.

Then tonight I decieded to try adding it again, and when I went to the withdrawal, guess what my netspend account was already there, and I was able to make a transfer. Now I just have to wait to see if it goes through.

If you can't get anywhere with whoever you are talking to on the phone there, just very politely, without p'ing them off, ask to speak to someone who has more authority.

That is what I had to do and finally got got a VERY nice guy who straightened everything out for me.

Sometimes you get a trainee who has nothing to go by except a typed script that they are afraid to deviate from, understandably.

Thought this just might help somebody sometime.

I wanted to show this, because I do not have a bank account, but i was able to add my netspend prepaid visa as my primary checking account. At least from what transaction information states.

Now I can transfer my wins to prepaid visa, then turn around and deposit at casinos.
