Hi,

Glock I asked about it in their support and that's what I was told as I am a depositer and wanted to see if I was eligable to redeem it and was told only for players who have never deposited Shocked

Perhaps it's only for players from Europe..not sure..

I'm glad you were able to use the code hun..

I just signed up and tried this code myself to see and this is the message I get when I try to redeem it.

This account must have purchased at least 1 time(s) in order to qualify for the promotion.

So then I went to live chat myself and they told me that you need to have made at least one deposit in order to claim the code.

(I guess support is confused since they told sistercrush one thing and me the opposite lol)

Maybe you might want to go on live chat again sistercrush because from what this support agent says you should be able to claim it.

I'm a depositor too. I tried to claim this code last week and got a message that I couldn't because I had successfully withdrawn, but I tried it again today and I was able to claim it.
