You can reach them via live help, phone and email. However, once you log into your account a live help menu will automatically pop up and you will be greeted by a friendly support person. Class 1 Casino has a loyalty program where you can earn loyalty points for your play and are redeemable for cash. I have never had a bad experience with customer support. I have cashed out from Class 1 Casino. The process was acceptable and once they recieved my documents it was processed within 48 hours.

3. I would recommend Class 1 Casino to others, they have a refreshing variety of games with very appealing graphics. There is one thing I do not like about Class 1 Casino is that you must take a deposit bonus. Sometimes I do not want to bother with wagering requirements and would just like to play with no bonus. This is not allowed at Class 1 Casino. I would like to see the slots a little looser ( don't we all ). I have had a few good runs at Class 1 with deposits but not as often with other casinos. Perhaps, they could up the payout percentage I might want to deposit and play more often.
