This is a strange one ..

I recently made a withdrawal from a well known Casino that has just been paid out today to Neteller. Thing is (I'm from UK) they paid me out in GBP but my account and first deposit was in US $. The withdrawal amount is large (for me) compared with what I deposited. This now got twice as large!

Should I make contact first as I am aware of the mistake, or wait and see what happens?

Also, I was given a further little bonus that I have now met playthrough on and I have already sent a cash-in request..would it not make sense to make the first move?

Definitely honesty is the best policy.Contact them immediately.
If discovered you would be blacklisted everywhere besides being
labeled as a dishonest player.

I received a $120 monthly insurance chip twice by mistake once.
I contacted them and the manager came onto chat and thanked
me for being honest and let me keep the chip and he added a no playthru on it.I cashed out $300 with no problem.It was the VIPLOUNGECASINO.

I sent an e-mail, awaiting a response (couldn't find live chat).

I'm hoping it will be too much hassle for them to contact Neteller etc. so maybe I will get to keep it all Smile

Definitely ditto on all the 'be honest / make the first move' thing - if you're winning anyway, you haven't lost anything really by being honest, except- as the others said, they could possibly deduct things on a future big win so it's definitely the best move Smile

I would just add that you want to keep a copy of all your correspodence with them(in this matter), just to avoid any future confusion!

Agree with all of the above,

Although when its agreed for you to return the money to them, you may want to let them know that you only process payments on a shrove tuesday, and there is a 3 year period which have kindly given them for them to reverse process.
