I say if they can not pay then they should not accept deposits regardless of the excuse they try and use.

I do understand there are a lot of difficulties being experienced with banks in the US due to the legislation - remember this is the governments doing - and NOT the casinos! I am confident they are trying on this matter but you can always file a Player Dispute at eCOGRA if you believe that the service is incorrect and they will mediate.

Way to go Ricki!! That is awesome!! With what the USA has been doing lately, its not only crazy for us but the casinos as well, I sure hope something will be resolved soon.

If you or any Crushers should run into any problems with receiving a cash out from a Casino, please send a private message to CrushAdmin with the details and your account number. Geno is very good about getting these things resolved. Like you said Ricki when you are by yourself it doesn't seem like anyone listens but when you have 5000 members that wants to know what's up, the casinos tend to listen a little better.

I am STILL waiting on a withdrawal of $2300 from Feb. 19. I've gotten the same runaround and am still getting it.

I've been told so many dates I've lost count, all of which came and went with no money.

The current status is that the funds are "frozen" by some bank and they are working on getting them released.

I am beginning to SERIOUSLY DOUBT that i'll ever get it. I too am a VIP member because I had deposited alot of money through there but apparently that doesn't matter as I haven't gotten very good customer service. Instead of the honest reasons, they prefer to do the "runaround" which I am very sick of.

I'm glad to hear that you got yours. They did reverse the funds back to my account and then before I could confirm my registration on Eco or any other method, it was gone and now in limbo again. Maybe there is hope though since your mother did get her funds. I was about to decide it was all just one big scam.

Not sure if I'll ever play there again though. I mean why go through the BS. I"ll decide that when and IF I get my money.
