you know what?! i used to get free spins every week from rich reels, and i only had deposited one time before that...none from villento though, and i've deposited more times with them. and then i deposited again a few times in the past month or two and since then my free spins at rich reels stopped. i haven't gotten them at all. isn't that wrong. seems to me like a few of us are in the same boat. i have live chatted to both, and emailed them as well about this, and they don't ever give me anything free but the 35% deposit match bonus every week! what nerve they have! why would i want to keep giving them my money, and they won't even let me have their weekly free spins like i used to get NOT giving them any money. someone needs to put them in their place about this. i've tried. someone else take one for the team with this one!!!

i'm not going to deposit anymore to see what happens then. their loyalty club sux anyways. they only give you 2.00 for 2000 pts! you know casinoshare has a good loyalty though! they even gave me like 4000 bonus pts on my birthday, and i redeemed that plus what i already had and got $32.00 bonus play for the pts! i just asked live chat. i only had made a couple deposits before then. Everygame are good too with giving people bonuses who deposit. is it possible to send villento support a copy of this page about these complaints we have? i don't know how to. i'm not "advanced" like you guys are! ha ha
