Well having seen lots of redeem claims already and keeping in regular contact with our manager there - she tells me that in fact all bonuses are credited within 24 hours maximum but actually JUST 20 MINUTES is their standard for crediting signup bonuses AND ccpoints redeems

Of course we ask you still to allow up to 72 hours but I would be VERY surprised if it took any more than an hour
