Hi,

I have only had excellent customer service at Sci-Fi Casino and when

I cashed out on a free chip, the 50.00 was in my Neteller Acct the

very next day Shocked

They most definatley in my opinion are one of the best RTG Casinos

out there.

Hi,

Ah nuts....must deposit in order to receive Cocktail Chips Sad

and now is not a good time for me to deposit....

If I am incorrect in regards to this could someone please correct me...

its during haooy hours i recieved one when i was playing cleo, it was a popup with a code u give to support and they credit ur account and yes u must be a depositing player

thank you Sisters, for the insight on this casino. I used to prefer MG software, but I am so hooked on Cleo and now the other new 20-liners that I prefer RTG plus the bonuses are instantly credited...no waiting. I know so many (Oliver Curran operations, for example) RTGs are not reputable, the problem is finding a good one. Perhaps I will try SCi-Fi.

this casino is very reputable i have played here cashouts are recieved with in a day and no fax back form for non credit card depositers example no faxback for neteller Smile

wow, that's great to know. I have been having problems with the faxback. Not the casino's fault really...my driver's license was signed using one of those laser pens so the transfer onto the actual license is very faint-looking. *hadn't noticed that until the casino called it to my attention. My passport was taken a few years ago before I got married so that signature bears my maiden name. Of course there is the addendum in the back but they don't require signatures for the name change addendums. So I sent all that AND my marriage license that had both my maiden and married name. I had no recent bills to submit for proof of address so submitted my vehicle registration renewal and next month's car payment note with my name and addy. They approved that. Just for safe measure I sent my voter registration card with my signature. I'm waiting to hear if their computer email box was crammed full of jpgs. lol

just an update...the casino in the above mentioned post is Vegas Lucky. Their phone and live chat support were very helpful and I just received word that they approved all those jpgs. lol
