Mabey when I went to town with hubby and shopped and then on the way home felt something on my waist that made me itch so i went to scratch my side and low and behold my daughter in laws thongs were static electricitied to my sweatshirt.hubby asked is that a hairband but by the look on my face he figured it out and we laughed all the way home.should of saw daughter-in laws face when i flung them at her when I walked in the door so I think both of us were evenly embarrassed and even hubby to......

Ok, here goes. Last year I wore my favorite skirt to work. I went outside for break with my friend to have a smoke and while standing on the deck of the Adminitratin building where I work, a gust of wind came and blew my skirt up over my face!!! There were a bunch of students outside walking to class I presume and all were laughing. My friend was laughing and I was laughing so hard I was crying--never wear that skirt again during a windy day lol!!!

One of my most embarrasing moments was when I was about 16. We had a party at my friends house and walking home I really needed to pee. I was so drunk I fell into a ditch, obviously it had been raining soI was covered in mud.
You can imagine what happened the morning after when mum saw the state of me and the sheets!!!

I was 16 and pregnant (what a surprise!) when I got married. Before the ceremony, I was not nervous at all. When my dad gave me away, I started to get a little bit nervous. During the ceremony I was getting worse and worse and shaking really bad, then I started to see stars and I knew something was wrong. The minister was a friend of the family and watching me closely. I heard him say "I think the bride needs to sit down for a minute and get a drink of water" It was a good thing, because I think in another 15 seconds, I would have been on the floor. So I sat down for a few minutes during my wedding ceremony. Then I was so embarassed that I didn't think I could finish, but I did. For the rest of the ceremony, the minister went through it talking really fast.

The first time my Husbands Grandparents came to dinner, now mind you his Grandfather was a minister, there was a knock on the door. I answered the knock a there stood @ Jahova Witness ladies offering me bible study. My reply, with everyone standing there, was "We're not interested thank you; We are ALL PROSTITUTES!" I thought I had said Protestant! Till this day no one has let me forget!

Well, many embarrassing moments in my life, just to mention 3:
1) 4 years ago, when I was 38, I was invited by the Dutch Santa Claus to sit on his lap. It was at a law firm where I was working as a legal secretary. Whilst I was sitting on his lap, he read aloud a long poem about my eating behaviour (8 hamburgers straight down the line).... (which is more or less correct, I am a big and enthusiastic eater)... then the poem continued about my clevage being too deep.... whilst reading this poem Santa (right!) was pitching me in the bottom...! There were about 20 top lawyers and other staff gathered around this little event.... I don't normally blush, but I got VERY VERY red this time and hot and sweaty as well... and of course everybody had a VERY good laugh....
2. When I was around 11, my parents brought me to a very fancy restaurant. When we entered, the hotellier welcomed us and forwarded his arm.... I shook his hand enthusiastically and introduced myself properly: "hello I am Jacqueline ...., nice to meet you...". However, he was only offering his help to take my coat ..... lots of laughs from my family... and the hotellier.
3. Well, we did eat out a lot (to my great pleasure). so around that same age I had the delight of going to my first buffet on a cruise ship in Amsterdam. Since I was and still am a person with a BIG appetite, I loaded my plate with as much as 8 pieces of chickens (my mother still remembers this clearly), a tower of meat so to say, and I walked to the table... people were looking a bit strange... but hey.... then I was told by my parents that a buffet means that you can go back as many times as you wish.... I felt terribly embarrassed... I thought I had only ONE shot at all that food!

I guess I either really don't care what people think or I don't get embarressed too easily It took me a while to think of an embarring moment I can only remember being really embarressed a few times but here's what i consider to be the most embarressing moment in my life.
I was talking to a classmate in a college class of mine, we were discussing intimate details about our husbands very quietly because of the subject matter lol well to make a short story shorter my professor was Chuck Wall (ya know the guy who coined the phrase "Commit 1 random act of kindness", and would assigned his classes to do so well Professor Wall is also a blind man and after the class He asked if I had time to walk him to his office , once there he begins to explain to me how when one of your senses is taken away , such as sight, the other 5 senses, such as hearing become more acute. Well I was dense and wasn't getting his point so to get his point across to me he blurts out, "My business management is not the place to discuss the growing or showing of your husbands penis." I about died!!
so there it is, funny I still see Profssor Wall and once he realizes it's me he always says " Oh yes JoAnna How are you doing, and the family how are they than he giggles and I tyrn beet red again I think maybe he knows I red even if he can't see that I am LOL

Well, i'll try.
Some day before Christmas i went to Rome with my students and we visited the House of Parliament. When we were coming back home i was so tired and i fell asleep in the bus. I started to snore (i never snore, lol ) and my students made a video by their mobile phone.
The day after they decided to put the video on YouTube I was so embarassed and shout them "If you share the video on YouTube, i share or divide into halves your marks in your school-reports". So they deleted the video, lol
