Sloto Stars Cashout Question

Has anyone tried to cashout from this casino. Every time I jump through a hoop to get my withdrawal they send yet another stipulation. They have my proof of address, ID including a picture of me, a deposit now they want pictures of my credit card front and back along with a phone call is this customary seems excessive to me. Anyone with any knowledge of this casino and its practices please respond ty

Whilst I've not personally played at this casino (as I'm in the UK and therefore unable to) - I can say the following about *most* casinos (particularly if you have deposited using a Debit or Credit card).

Most casinos will require you to go through some basic checks to ensure you are who you say you are, and that you are indeed the owner of the card(s) used. This is to reduce fraud and stop people making charge-backs to their cards for deposits they've made for casinos.

Generally this only happens the first time you make a withdrawal (it may happen again if you use a different card in the future to make deposits).

If you have any problems then please feel free to send me the following information (by Private Message to crushadmin only please - DO NOT POST IT HERE)..

- Put the subject of the Private Message as (Casino Name -- i.e. Sloto Stars) and something like 'help with withdrawal'.
- Include your Real name (First and Last) along with
- Casino login/id and email address you signed up with.
- Let us know when you last deposited and what method (DO NOT INCLUDE CARD DETAILS).
- When you requested a withdrawal and by what method (again do not include any account details).

Please only do this if you have responded as you have been requested to by the casino. Generally they should need to verify ...

- Your ID (usually with a recognized form of ID - passport or driving license)
- Your address as registered in your account (sometimes by sending a copy of a recent utility bill for example).
- Ownership of debit/credit card(s) used
