ya i sent all my docs in and they keep telling me they didn,t get them i got a automatic email telling me they had received my email and would deal with it by the end of the day. two days later sammie tells me she never got my email same story with kevin but he did tell me one time he got the email but couldn,t see the pics sent everything again yesterday in reply to a promo email clubplayer sent me to the link in the email still no word i don,t really know now how good of an idea it was to send them all that info but its a pre pay card and i can't use my net teller anymore so i guess it can,t hurt to bad if i have to get a new card.just thought i'd relay how it,s been for me in updating what hadn't changed

spoke to customer service they state must have received an e-ml to receive this bonus.....thats ok tho coolcat,prism and palace of chance gave it too me and i had fun. Good luck everyone.
