RTG software, just how long does it take to download a new game?

Since the new laws have been introduced regarding the US, has anyone else noticed how much slower games seem to run? and also the length of time it takes to login?

Its not only RTG, but Microgaming too

When i login to either, if its in the morning say from 09:00GMT to 12:00GMT i seem to be able to login quickly, download new games quickly and even playing games is quicker.

But as the day progresses, and i guess more people are gambling at the casino's they all seem to slow down,

I was playing at Cub World yesterday, and i was spining the slots games at a rate of 6 spins per minute, sometimes only 5 spins per minute,

I have an 8 meg broadband connection so its not me i know that.

that happens sometimes, i do not have a solution however when i reformat my gaming puter it runs normal.......

I know that to speed things up it helps to open the yahoo homepage, but that only helps it from not running really really slow,

This is something else, its driving me mental..er
