Hi
This is my first post here and not sure if it is right place to put it, so I apologise if it is wrong. read this I sure you will be amazed.
I was on 32Vegas homepage and clicked on something (that has now gone - surprise surprise.
Bringing up this page (URL REMOVED)
However upon registering my details & card details, I was told this isn't their advertisment, Read how the live support conversation went for yourself :-
Victoria: Dean, obviously you've come across a mirror site that does not have the playtech logo and KGC logo, hence we cannot issue or honor the bonus.[/color]
Dean: but it has your website address, no one can put pages up on your website ?
Victoria: The aim of such sites is to make more players go there, because when you open such a site or click on a link or ad on it, the hackers - gain money.
Dean: how can they use your own website address
Dean: are you there ? No one can access your website and put a page on it. Please can you give me the email address of a manager so i can forward my complaint on.
Victoria: Yes, I am here. I am just asking in more details what the exact problem might be.
Victoria: Dean, I forwarded the issue to the relevant department. They will check more thoroughly the whole situation and the will investiagte the screenshot again.
Dean: Ok I will wait for them to email me.
Victoria: We apologize for making you wait, but we also need to investigate this, as we are also affected by this.
Victoria: As I told you, I informed our colleagues, and they will take care of this. Thank you for informing us about this.
Victoria: I was told that this is a mirror site, advertised by some individual but its not from us, that's why we cannot honour the bonus. But it will be checked once again.
Dean: ok. we leave it at that for now, but how did they get it at your websit address ? I wait for the email from them. Have a good night.
Anyway the page i mentioned above does still load up I will let you know how i get on with this situation, Has anyone else had this problem before.

I clicking that link I believe they are right. That is not a casino web page. Real casino web pages have links at the bottom of the page with stuff like powered by, and their gaming commision license.
The link you have there brings you basically to a full screen banner ad, not a real casino. Go to any other casino web page and scroll to the bottom you will see what I am talking about.
I hope this helps.

I see what you mean but the one question bugging me is how did they get it up on their website www.32vegas-com.
This has been in talks for 3 days now and like i said before i clicked on a tag on THEIR home webpage not through a forum or anything else. That tag has since been removed.

www.32vegas.com is there web site.
with the other stuff added it made it someones elses web site. Go to the one I just posted and you will see how different they really are.
Kind of like when you make a web page through geosites. the address is www.geosites + what ever you add. I am not sure how they got the casinos beginning but they did.

I have had this happen to me
I was advertising casino action banners and knew i had signps from them yet my stats showed nothing, after investigation from the casino group they told me hijackers had cloaked my affiliate links and every person that had clicked through my banners they had got the credit for.
Same sort of thing hijackers have cloaked 32vegas web address with their own details, that is why support is telling you these people will get money for this.
Sorry mate ![]()

Guys and gals,
This was not a 'hijack' thing at all ...
Sometimes certain affiliates get a deal that if (and only if) you click on THEIR banner / link, then it tags your visit and then sends you to the page/link that deanb31 posted earlier.
Going directly to that link WILL NOT WORK - EVER!
You must go through the affiliated web site that has been given the offer to be able to qualify for that bonus.
We do get such bonuses sometimes, but because of the past confusion it causes, particularly with these Playtech offers, we don't tend to bother so much any more ...
Sorry to hear of your disappointment.
Of course, if we do get offered any such Playtech bonuses we will advertise them on here, (and I'll also add a warning to others not to post the 'landing page' as it's called) - but instead our forum topic link (so players can click on that link) - that is - if you wish to tell others..
Cheers,
Geno/CC

Hi all,
Since my original post this problem has been sorted out.
What may have happened was a pop-up caused by another window i had open so whilst I was clicking away at the home page of 32vegas that pop up appeared making me think it was from them when actually it wasn't.
However 32vegas closed down that account for me and opened me a new one, for all my trouble they gave me £5 free for bringing it to their attention as well as this has never been an offer and is fake. In my system registery under a search for 32vegas I actually found in there who the affiliate was told 32vegas who have since stopped that person generating cash using that link.
So everyone is happy except the person advertising that link. Lol.
