Casino R****** Issue

I honestly don't know what to think.....

I deposited $50 at g***** t**** yesterday....All I could really afford right now

I have some great luck...withdrew...reversed...withdrew again.....played for hours yesterday and today off that deposit.

I ended up with $1100 in withdrawls and decided that I was not reversing any more...that money will make a HUGE difference in my kids' holiday this year.

Then I went to cash in my loyalty points, a whole $10.00 worth I had racked up since yesterday.

I was shacked to get a message that my use of promotional chips had been suspended.

Of course I contacted live support and asked why. I was told that my account was suspended because I had not shown intention to play with risk to my own funds, and that I had abused welcome bonuses.

But, I had to deposit my own fund to GET a welcome bonus from ANY casino r****** casino. I also never made it though any playthrough on welcome bonuses and as a result never withdrew any thing.
How is that NOT a risk to my own funds?? I lost my money and they got every dime they gave back!

Now I have to wonder....If they are keeping me from getting $10 from my loyalty points.....why should I even THINK they are going to pay out my withdrawal of $1100????

Do you think I will get it....Do you think this is all a big rip off????

I know if I don't get what I withdrew I will never again use a casino r****** site....and I certinly will not suggest anyone else use them.

I've used *'s to blank out the sites spefic name in hopes that caino crush will not suffer some kind of backlash.

If you have any problems with the cashout, PM Geno to look into it. It is a reputable group (if I"m reading between the lines correctly) and maybe the hold on the loyalty points is just something temporary. I really think that you will get it; I know that other group whose name we no longer mention suspended me from any kind of promos after I cashed out-I thought that was unique to them but maybe other groups do it as well-perhaps since it was a first deposit for a nice chunk; I really am only guessing. But if you do have problems I'm sure Geno can help get them resolved. And congrats, by the way, that's great off a first deposit. Keep us posted.

I was banned from bonuses there too for a while.When I started on line I used all their signup bonuses and freebies.Being new to gambling I didn't know what I was doing to my reputation.Long story short,I've been depositing regularly and have all my bonus priviledges reinstated.

I'm very sure everything will be just fine. As for the promotional credits, I think Bower50's post is similar for some other casinos.

I know it does beg the question (why offer all these promos if you shouldn't take them etc etc) but I guess it's on the basis that as ongoing promotions, not everyone takes them all - I really don't know as every place is different.

Anyway, I'll post back with an update when I have one

Just to confirm, the cash-in is due to be processed tomorrow and the promotional credits status does not affect any winnings (so long as everything else is within terms)..

As also advised - as more wagering has been done - your promotional credits status has been unlocked again - it's an automatic formula which of course has to remain internal to the casino.. so you should be able to claim promotional credits again

As such, I believe this topic is now all closed with a happy ending
