I never get the snail mail either.

Also I redownloaded onto my husbands laptop and was able to deposit but I get an error when I try to download any of the games. Does anyone have a possible fix for it? I am waiting on a response from their tech dept but if I can get if fixed sooner that would be great. Thanks
