Dumb And Dumber - Password Resets

I've seen many dumb things but this one takes the cake for this year's prize so far...


I decide to visit a skill game site that I haven't played on in a very long time. I had forgotten my UserID and password. And so I click on the "forget password" link. One of my pet peeves is when you asking for a password reset is when they have to ask for both userid and email address before being able have an email sent to you containing more information. Good thing this time it was cocakolakid..and so I received an email with a link to recover password. Upon clicking on it, I'm brought to a pager titled "Recover POassword for cocakolakid" - cool right???
OMG....first if click on the drop down for the security questions there are 4 questions to choose from...ok this I can accept..answer it and now I should be able to get my password.....but nooooooo......please see the attached screenshot to see what was next...if I could remember that information I probably would have remembered my password...honestly how the heck am I suppose to remember that???? LMAO!!!! Needless to say, I was so frustrated and at the same time laughing at the stupidity I send an email to support and I don't think I'll be coming back.
