I opened the software and after a minute or 2 a message popped up. I clicked help now and got a game. I ended up winning $20. So log in and check for your game. BTW it was the USA software, so it may be a US player thing.

I am an exsisting player from the US, so I figured there must be a way. I contacted live chat and they told me how to connect with the Casino US directly. I will let someone know so maybe we can get different banners.

The game popped up on my screen and my prize was supposed to be 50 free spins on Avalon. When I went to Live Chat with the code, I was told that my name was not on the list, so my account would not be credited. After explaining to them how I played the game and was given a code, I received the same answer. I'm really PO'd!!

I'll send an email but I'm not expecting much. I will post the outcome.

It just doesn't make sense to me that the game would pop up but I am not eligible. Well they won't be seeing me anytime soon. I'm all done with them. It's not because of losing out on free money. It's just not good customer relations as far as I'm concerned.
