once they find out it is coming from a casino its bye bye..... netspend is better however they are implementing new procedures to stop all casino transactions, incoming and outgoing...... netspend is ran by meta bank, they have countless different prepaid cards as well as regular credit cards..... i am still able to use my netspend at most places, however i would steer away from green dot and they are also more expensive!

THE GREENDOT CARD DOES TEND TO GET PRICEY TO RELOAD, I AGREE. AT $4.95 TO RELOAD EACH TIME, IT IS NOT WORTH DEPOSITING ANY LESS THAT $100. BUT WHAT ELSE TO DO?
