WTG Gloria, Congratulations!!!

Everyone is welcome in our chat room at any time. The reason we have the new "rules" is to encourage everyone to be there on time if they would like to participate in the contests.

Its unfair to our members that are there on time if we need to restart bingo for late comers or for chat it doesn't seem fair that someone wins that pops in just minutes before we guess numbers. We feel the winner should be participating right along with everyone else to win a prize.

I hope this makes a little more sense now.
