Terms and Conditions of entry:

- You must be signed up (or signup and play) at (at least) one of the 5 casinos shown in this post AND
- You must have signed up via a CC banner (existing signups are fine so if you've already successfully claimed VIP points on any of these - you can play but you MUST register your account by posting the account id (or PMing crushadmin and posting the casino name) as a reply to this post.

- Any player found to have 'charged back' , declined deposits or any type of 'fraudulent' activity will be removed from the contest and banned from the forum.

- * The minimum prize fund is subject to at least 5 different participating accounts, otherwise the prize fund will be made up of the top x prizes for the number of players (x) participating.

Some questions we think are likely to be asked and answers:
- Yes you can use your deposits in this contest for our Monthly Slots contests for Casino Action.
- If you make 2 x $25 deposits - that will earn 1 ticket so long as you have wagered at least (2 x $25 x 4) $400.
- If you make a $75 deposit and wager at least ($50 x 4) $200 but no more - that will earn 1 ticket
(but if you later made another $25 deposit you would earn 1 more ticket so long as your total wagers are at least $100 x 4 = $400.
- Deposits from 1st August 2006 up to and including 31st December 2006 will count
- Yes, you will still earn VIP points for your first deposit at ANY of these casinos so long as you signup via a CC banner.
- If you already have a Casino account from this group that is not via a CC banner then this account will NOT be eligible for this contest.
- Please note ONLY accounts registered via a CC banner will count! No exclusions to this rule!
- Not sure if your casino account is signed up via CC? Simply send a PM to crushadmin with "Account Verification" in the subject, along with the casino name and your player account id.
- Your current number of tickets will be displayed next to your other 'Points' (CC points, Bingo points, VIP points, Game Points etc) and visible via your Profile and/or the memberlist. Your CACC (Casino Action Crazy Crush) points are next to this

image and we will update these (and the totals above) at least once per month.
- If you deposited from 1st August but don't register until later - your tickets will be accrued but we ask that you register ASAP to reduce the amount of back-checking required if at all possible Smile

- All prizes paid are in US$ dollars. Deposits and Wager requirements are counted also in US$. For those playing in non-US$ accounts, the following rates are being applied fixed for the duration of this contest (assuming no massive fluctuation).

USD x 1.00 = US$

GBP x 1.90 = US$

EUR x 1.28 = US$

CAD x 0.89 = US$

Any found not to be will simply be deleted without warning. So, if you post one and later it is gone - it is most likely that it's just not valid.

Draw Details
- Draw tickets will be printed on 5th January 2007 based on all deposits registered and claimed via this post.
- The draw will take place on 7th January 2007 with all tickets being placed into a Crusher Messenger bag and the highest prizes drawn first. This will be made on a special Live Streaming Media page. Live Chat will also be used to broadcast the results. Please note you do not need to be present or online to claim a prize - all winners will be posted here as soon as the draw is complete.
- Prizes to one member are limited only to the number of tickets and draws. Each ticket can only be drawn as a winning ticket once.
- Winners will be posted here on the same day.
- Prizes will be paid within 14 days of the draw results being published. ** This is our AIM. Prizes will be paid asap in the drawn order of the prizes. - If total tickets achieved is anything less than 50 (i.e. 1-49) then the prizes will be as for 50 tickets. If there are less tickets than prizes then the prizes will be drawn until there are no tickets left (highest prizes will be drawn first).

Impact Recent US legislation changes:-
Following the recent US legislation changes we are pleased to confirm the following:-
- All member tickets earned so far (including those not already credited) will still be eligible for the contest draw.
- Any players not eligible to play at the casino any more makes NO DIFFERENCE to their eligibility in this draw, however of course they will not be able to earn further tickets.
- The prize fund WILL NOT be decreased due to the possibility that the potential revenues expected that MAY not be achievable in order to meet this. However, it may take us a longer time to pay prizes. Prizes will be paid in the order drawn (highest first then the lower prizes later) and this will be done as soon as is financially possible.
- The terms above have been updated as per 31st October to incorporate.
- All terms and conditions subject to change but this will only occur if absolutely necessary.

Ok i think i get the whole thing with this, so im in, and i register account Golden Reef TGDR03295963 this was definitely registered via cc forum,

now i have a question? Do i need to post every deposit i make or is this monitored by the casino/s?
