dont get me wrong, i love microgaming/viper casinos , but i never had a maple acct. , signed up 1 week ago, they have a buy $40 play with $100, takes 5 hrs. to rec. bonus, well last night talked with live chat to make sure im eligible for bonus, they checked acct. they told me no problem, i was ok to receive. made my deposit played ot $40 after 3 hrs. no bonus yet, i talked with live chat again and asked if they could speed up bonus. no said live chat, all automatic. they did re-assure me that i was on the bonus list and it should go into my acct. within 30 min, i was ready to play again. well after 4 hrs. i went to live chat again, to make a long story short, live chat ended without a word from them, went to casino, acct.
