I've been trying to get into better shape so I go for a walk most days (except when the windchill is colder than -40). I wear A LOT of layers. It's actually quite refreshing, just takes a long time to get ready.

Starting about the first of November i put my long johns on and wear them all winter, plus i wear several layers all the time. We have wood heat so that helps a lot!

I keep warm by warming my bed with my blowdryer, and if I'm in the front room I either boil a large pot of water anddd turn on the oven to cook something and use that extra heat from the oven!
