Can someone explain how ECOCARD works? I started to register then stopped because it sounded like I would have to go to my bank to get the bank to bank transfer done. Can it be handled online?

You can also fund your ecocard account with western union or money gram. I have already used them and had a problem with money gram sending the money to wrong country, but it was finally OK... If you fund with either of these methods remember that if you don't deposit at least $200, they charge you $7.00! So, thats that. But, I like Money Gram only because their rates are waaaaay less expensive than WU. Once you familiarize yourself with ecocards website, its pretty easy. Hope this helps!!
