Does Anyone Know? Microgaming Help Needed!

Hey Crushers,
I am Canadian and have a U.S. based ISP address.
I have a few casinos on my computer and deposit at (only micro)
The problem is, that I am unable to download any new casino games. The last one I was able to download was Johnny Spector.
I have found if I reinstall the casino, I cannot download again.

This is really frustrating, I would appreciate some ideas.

Also, what kind of internet connection do you have (dial-up, Broadband?)

If you let me know that I will see if there's anything I can sort out with the relevant casino(s).

Sisters and I are in the same boat. We both have the same ISP ( US based company) I have had this ISP for about 8 years now and dont want to change.

Some Microgaming casinos can over ride it.. and some cannot..

I have enquired many times. The only other solution is to go to a friend or families house who has a Canadian ISP and try it there. We have a few computers in our house and I move around to each of them, I have downloaded the casino s again and only had a problem with one..

btw, Since we are in that situation as you know we cannot play progressive Microgaming games as it sees us from the USA, I go to my mom;s house when I want to play them, even logging into my account on her computer works.. I have played the progressives.

Grrr, I understand your frustration and perhaps I may have to change ISP for my gaming pleasure LOL

If you use windows 98 that is your problem.

Windows 98 isn't good enough for some microgaming, but for others it's fine. I have 98SE and play at Grand Mondial, Jackpot Factory Group, Everygame used to let me play. Rival works really well on Windows 98, give them a try...good games.

I know what you mean about changing internet providers, yuck.

I am running Windows XP. It may be my computer, I tried loading a new casino on my WORK laptop (not good) and it was fine.
Too bad, the new games look awesome!
