Change The Total Game Points Contest?

Hello Crushers!!!

For quite some time now I've noticed participation in the Total Game Points contest have been very low. Its also been a long time since we've had 15 qualifying members play.

Do you have any suggestions on how to improve participation?

I was thinking we could try top 3 qualifying members win a prize maybe 1st $15, 2nd $10, 3rd $5 and take out the rule of 3 month waiting until you can win again or we could leave that rule in. What do you think would work?

I've also thought about taking Alchemy out of the Arcade. In a short period of time you can make millions of game points just playing that game compared to the other games.

I have asked Geno if we could get new games in the arcade, I know that would get more people playing ... but in order to add new games to the arcade he would have to completely update CC that would take him a long time to do and we don't make any money from the arcade so his time is better spent on things that do so we can keep CC open, so for now that's not an option.

Any suggestions or comments please make a post and let us know what you think would work best and be most fair for all arcade players.

yes maybe a good idea to change it not that I enter LOL, but Rita you confuse me, you say remove alchemy from arcade as basically games pointless as everone knows just keep clicking away at same space and you can get an infinitely high score yet you make that the arcade contest game, LOL unless that was an april fool then you are losing it again LOL

Hun, you know I lost it a long, long time ago. LOL

When I made it the featured game this month is what got me thinking about it ...and you know how I hate to think LOL

Any changes made to the Total Game Contest would be made for next month.

LOL yw rick , just play at least 10 levels so iys worth more points and get a square shape, find the symbol that fits in middle of square and just keep clicking amd its 500 points per click, the higher the level you are on the higher the amount of points, you could basically click the same space till you fall asleep or finger falls off

I think if you took away alchemly game that more peeps would play because the scores would not be outrageous. I think a lot of peeps just gave up because they realized they had no chance against a score that high. I don't think a lot of people knew about the glitch. am so so happy that broxi told everyone what to do. I wanted to say something a few months ago but dean said don't get involved in case anyone got mad at me for telling. I say......TAKE IT AWAY!!!!!!!!!

oh yeah , I agree with broxi on the losing your mind oc...LOL. making it the game of the month. that's why when I entered I put hmmmmmm first than am in....LOL. than I seen this post...LOL.

theres a ton of arcade games to chose from! i play the contests if the game isn't played using the keyboard (except pinball), i am way to uncoordinated and it just frustrates me LOL

Top 3 Crushers win a prize
Remove the 3 month waiting rule between wins

We do have some serious (and damn good) game players here and that is exactly why we asked. The reason we put in the 3 month clause in was because we received quite a few complaints that the same people were winning ... not quite sure if that would still apply but we're willing to try about anything.
