What I most like about Shark Casino is their Excellent Customer Service! They are always so helpful and so very polite no matter what the situation. They make you feel like your #1. Keep up the Excellent Service Shark, it is so Greatly Appreciated!!

Seems as if Shark Casino always has something going on that's fun for us to do, even if we're not "big" depositers. Very nice match bonus's, and even no deposit contests like "Name the Shark", or find "Hidden Coupons".
And free $$ just to try their different games.......nice!!
I check their promo page regularly, there always seems to be something fun there.
And let's not forget the fast payouts.........wow.....name me a casino that can beat Shark!!

I have been really thinking about this one and I have to be totally honest!!
In my 5 years of being online and making my rounds and checking out online casinos. I have never seen anything like the Shark Casino.
There website is awesome and they explain everything to the customer. No hidden surprises,unless of course, your looking for their bonus codes.
They strive to make the customer feel very at home and I know when I sit down to play,I really feel like I am in a land based casino. It is so awesome!!!!! The casino takes me away.
The most important thing and this is essential to me,is there great customer service. They are "accesible" to me and respond in a timely maner. All to often I have had to wait for a response to an issue I have had in other casinos and sometimes never even got a response back. At Shark Casino they are a credit in what excellent customer support should be.
Last but not least,they are tops online for bringing so many promotions to the player. They just keep on going and going.............what other online casino can say that.

There are too many NICE things about this casino to post here....
There support is unbelievable, and there generosity to play there games in truly the best.....Emails are answered within minutes.....So many coupons are given!!!! Shark is the best!!!!

what i like most about shark casino is first of all great customer service also given free chips and have special trivia and survey questions allowing you to get additional free chips, and most of all they slots machine pay off you will win something at shark casino thank you for beening the best new online casino. awesome!!!!!

I love Shark casino for the fast payout, excelent costumer service and Shark casino is the most generous online casino because Shark always give us a lot of no deposit bonuses, my favorite is the Shark Hidden Treasure promo. Also I love Shark because Laura, the manager is always involved in the forums to answer our questions or if we have problems at the casino. All and all, SHARK IS THE BEST! And really I don't mind loosing money there because of the service and the bonuses I get. When I play at Shark, they treat me like a VIP even though I'm not a high roller. I LOVE SHARK CASINO!
