I really dont know what you can do hun,
The only casinos I know that accept direct deposits from Paypal are
Betfair Casino and
Ladbrokes
Which do not accept USA players.
If I were you,do the withdrawal to your card now as the longer you leave it the longer it will be before you can play lol
