Dear XXXXX

As you may already know, an error existed in our online gaming software that
prevented you from being paid properly on splits in Blackjack games while
playing on a Coupon Bonus. In conjunction with RealTime Gaming, our software
provider, we have established a program whereby affected players will receive
reimbursement for all instances of failures of the software to reward you
properly for your play.

In order to fully compensate you for the amounts that you should have been paid
