Hi! every time I try to log in to Prism or the sister site, it keeps telling me that I need to talk to Customer Service... yet I can't even seem to get anyone to talk to me... so maybe someone else here can help!!

Are they now no longer accepting any US Players!

U.S. Players should be fine at Prism. I have been logging in just fine.
