Shame on the dog! Contacted support and they said I've had free chip(s) in the past, to get this one I had to deposit first.. Don't send an email saying I have $20 credited to my account if it isn't true!

I also got one sent email asking where was the money I didn't even get a reply. But I also sure didn't get the chip.

BAD DOG!
Got the same e-mail a few times now - was told by support after I had inquired about the free $20 that an "Affiliate" had sent out the promo (Spam) without premission for this promotion. I Checked the e-mail properties for IP and "who is" after support would not justify the promo or tell me who the Affiliate was so that I could block and remove myself from their e-mail list and guess what ?????
The e-mail was sent from Blackdogs very own server and the current Casino e-mail Support!!!Guess the "Dog" needs a leash or a lesson in honesty!

Yep they told me an affiliate sent it out by mistake for a promo in July
