I tend to see more people out and around when the weather gets nice but other than that they are happy and cheerful most of the time.

Absolutely people are nicer! I also find the I, myself am nicer when it it warm out. Something about the sun puts me in a great mood!

Seasonal Depression. Nearly winter here! How can one smile with jaw lock from the cold???? Then again, sitting around the fire with some irish whisky makes for some friendly times with others also.

I feel the happiness all around when the sun is shining and ev1 is at car washes and the streets are crowded.its like bears hibernating when its rainy and cold and then the sun appears and so do all the people..
