Hello everyone. I know that some people do not feel comfortable asking a casino for a bonus, but for those of you
who do the following information may be of some use to you. Royal Vegas casino is one of my favorites and
I have played there for years and at the beginning I use to get deposit match offers and bonuses but then they
stopped coming to my email. I went to live support and asked them why I do not get match bonuses anymore and
they really did not have an answer for me so I asked politely if I could speak to a manager or pit boss so they
transferred me to one of their pit bosses. I spoke with him and he told me he would take a look at my account and
he ended up crediting me with $20 for every $100 I had deposited. I was thrilled and I asked him if he could again
put me on the list to receive the promotions and deposit bonuses to my email so I would know when they were
happening. He told me that if I did not receive any then to wait until I had deposited at least $100 and to come back
and ask to speak with a pit boss and they would more then likely credit my account with the same bonus as he did.
I thought I would just share that information for anyone out there who may be having some bad luck and wish they
would get a bonus once and a while. I know sometimes I do not like asking for something, but support was so kind
with me that I was happy I went and asked this time. Another reason why Royal Vegas is one of my favorites. They
have always treated me fairly and support is always A+ in my opinion.
