Apparently, No to California ??........!!!!!! oh! BTW... you dont need any code at all... its automatically put in your account when you sign up... AND i'm in Arizona, and had no problem registering, so US players are accepted, at least in some states...

Hi, i downloaded GOLD KEY , entered the code. Came up "EXPIRED" . Although the promo is still listed on their website.
I really hate it when you stuff around downloading & opening an account to find out the offer is finished , or their was no such offer.
