i recenly had a problem with this casino, i joined it about 2or 3 yrs ago and made 1 deposite. well when i log back on it said i was locked out, dont know hy i belong to the other casinos in this group , so staff if you read this post my acount # is XXXXXXXXXX (removed by crushadmin)ty josie46
hi geno ty , im not knocking this casino, cause i do play a lot in their group. i just dont understand why this happen . i know iv got only 1 acount with them , so its not that. it might be to old to make a deposite, just dont know why. ty for ck it . josie46

As discussed on PM and from contact with the casino - your account is NOT LOCKED - it appears you've just been using the wrong account/password and if you contact support they will gladly provide these details and reset your password if you wish.
hi geno , ty for your help with this matter. i knew there had to be a good reason , i just didnt know i had the wrong password. now i can look forward to depositing with first web, and try them again. since i play their other fine casinos, ty again josie46
