VIP question

I had my account with Casino US reinstated since they moved usa to their new software, and have been playing at Royal joker which is now All slots. I deposit frequently at both, now am I able to see about whether or not I qualify for VIP's with it. I do think I down loaded the original software and signed up using a banner from here but I Don't know if that counts since I had to redownload them through a different link with the USA changes. Thanks

And with the all slots vip claims are they available for those who were transfered from Royal Joker. Thanks

going off track here lol but saves me making a post lol, anyway good questions sable, but i was wondering something else, i had an all slots account and then royal joker automatically changed my account there to allslots, so that means i now have 2 allslots accounts which ive deposited at, does that mean if i ever win(dont know why i laugh at that bit lol) theyd tell me ive got multiple accounts and not pay??

Hi,

Paul not to worry..I had asked the same question and was told by support that our old Royal Joker is tagged sort of speak, so they know which account was which Very Happy

..

So it's not considered duplicate accounts..

ty i thought it would be okay, not that i use them that much just sometimes, keep saying ill use other microgaming casinos more often but ladbrokes is just so easy, must break away from it
