Hi Geno, I also won the CC treasure! twice last week one for 4,000 points and again for 2,500 how do I claim for cash?

But hun the only time you can claim for cash is when you win the grand CC Treasure form the menu at top of page for the full 5000 CC Points (good for $50). That game can be played twice a day and the jackpot increases by 100 CC points every 12 hours until it reaches the full 5000 points. Were your wins from that or the Desktop Jackpot?? At any rate, Geno will credit your acount with those points and you can use them to claim any cash pirze you win in the future.

Actually non from reading the updated post from geno it looks as if no matter the amount if you win it you can claim cash. I don't though but that is whatit sounds like to me. Maybe geno or OC can clear this one up.

The rules are (and have been) the way that Nono stated, - they must be somewhere else on the site also and I may have not updated the original topic in this - but have now done so (you can only claim the $50 jackpot if you win 5000 ccpoints in the Daily Treasure jackpot game), otherwise you just get credited the points.

As for crediting points - sorry all I'm a bit behind but will get to all those that haven't yet been done for a while

The Daily Treasure is separate from the Desktop Treasure, - you don't need to have the Desktop installed in order to claim the Daily Treasure

I am not even sure I won. Usually it says sorry better luck next time but this morning it says:

SORRY YOU MUST BE USING CC DESKTOP TO TRY CLAIMING A PRIZE

Please click on the CC Desktop link at the bottom of the forum to find out how to run this

also rhonda I am using windows vista and in the reading I have done the CC desktop is xp only. I am not sure but I have used that link and tried but alas nothing.

I'm really not sure how you are getting that message!

It sounds like a 'caching' problem - (Temporary Internet Files) .. if you're using Internet Explorer.. please try setting as follows:-

Tools->Internet Options->Browsing History Settings / (Temporary Internet Files) and make sure it's set to AUTOMATIC.

Then, close all browsers and try again..
