Hi I claimed last night and I know I need to allow up to 72 hrs but I was just wondering, (because it is usually so quick and I guess I am spoiled, LOL)

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO STAFF AVAILABILITY - Everygame REDEEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM 16TH SEPT 2008. THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN FROM 29TH SEPT 2008.
Any players that have already submitted today will be credited before they go, but in order to avoid any LONG delays - we have been asked to temporarily remove Everygame Redeems, just until they get back from CAP Euro in Barcelona (an affiliate convention).
Rest assured people though - they will be back in all their glory in the Redeem Offers page from 29th September 2008 
From all the Redeems that Everygame have done - 99.9% all VERY quickly and always on time - I'm sure you'll agree that they deserve a break from processing all your redeem requests (and well they will not be 'resting' at CAP for sure!)

I redeemed CC points last night and by mistake hit the button twice-by clicking too quick-sorry. It said I redeemed, but I didn' get my confirmtion email like I usually get. It did take my points so I am glad of that, I was just wondering if I have to receive the email to be able to get the redeem? Sorry to bother you with this Geno and staff-I know how busy you all are. Thanks!!
