hello. i hoipe i'm posting this in the right spot. if not correct me and i will be sure i get in right in the future. Smile

i made a cc redeem request to royal joker 3 days ago for the $25 for 2500 pts. i'm almost 100% positive i've met the requirements but i have not received the bonus. i've made 11 deposits in the last week and a half totaling over $400 and i'm sure that at least $150 of that was bonus free. could you please check on this for me and let me know the status? if one of the requirements was not met, if you could let me know which one, i would greatly appreciate it. thank you in advance for your valuable time and attention.

Hi Banterer I also claimed from Royal Joker on the 29th and recieved the confirmation that my request was confirmed but I haven't recieved my credits yet. I noticed that on the CC claim history page it states to wait at least 5 days before sending a PM to have the request followed up on, so I was just waiting and checking my account daily. I will send a PM to CC administrator after the 5 days are up. I thought that I was the only one that hadn't been credited. I'm so glad that you posted. Good luck when you do recieve your credits. Hi all,

I suspect the delays are due to Bank Holidays / difference in time-zones.

I think the guys at Intertops had Friday as their bank holiday (1st May), in the UK we have the first Monday in May as a holiday.

Of course they are also very busy but the Intertops guys always get things done as quick as they can and I'm sure you'll find your bonuses credited on Monday / Tuesday.

Thanks for the reply Geno. I wasn't going to PM you until the full 5 days had passed. I claimed on April 29th, and my claim was confirmed on the same date. I am positive that support and customer service at Intertops and Royal Joker are always VERY busy......These are 2 GREAT online casinos....and Casino Crush is BEST, the ONE and the ONLY gaming forum that any true players needs. Here is my situation. The last 4 weeks I have deposited $141.00 at Intertops. I have deposited $155.00 at Royal Joker. I know my first deposit at Royal Joker because I received a 100% match on $20.00.

Actually, I have 2 questions.
1) The rest of the deposits are qualified for the "Rookie Raise". That would mean that none of my deposits would qualify me to redeem?

2)Does Intertops ever let you slide on being a few $$$ short?

OR I won't have any more money until the 3rd of June, so does someone want to give me some money so that I can make another deposit at Intertops? LOL Laughing

I think I am pretty much SOL, Sad

but I thought someone might know a way that I can somehow redeem some points.

1. I'm not sure exactly what the 'Rookie Raise' is - generally I think it means bonuses that you directly got from certain deposit(s) (i.e. if you deposited and got a bonus right away or within a few hours because of that individual deposit). My answer really is 'I'm not sure' but you could try (but you may lose your CC points if this does not qualify). (I will ask our contacts on this also)

2. I believe they are reasonable in that if players are good regular depositors then they will let small bits go but this is completely at their discretion and I would not like to suggest trying to claim without advising you that if you do claim and haven't met the terms - you lose out on those CCpoints redeemed and cannot submit another claim for a month.

I thought of just trying it and see if it will be approved, but I thought if I wasn't approved then I would get in trouble and banned from making redeems all together. So, I put a request for a Intertops redeem (I am a few $$$ short). I will see what happens. I understand the disadvantages of what will happen if they don't approve.
