I'm really disgusted with River Belle. Monday I paid my $ 2.00 to buy in to the $ 200. Tombraider. They cancelled the tourny but never gave back the $ 2.00. There was only 5 people in it, before it was cancelled, so how much work could that be. I've sent 3 email but they say they want the ID of the tourny. It disappeared right after it was cancelled so I couldn't get the ID. I have given them all the info they need except the ID but still no refund. It's only $ 2.00, so the money is irrelevant, but I'm kind of a fanatic when it comes to any type of injustice against the little guy (me). I deposited there several times last month ( total $ 220.00) but never again. There's too many casinos/touraments to waste any more of my time/money on them.
Thanks for letting me vent, and I just wanted to warn others about the lousy support/customer service at River Belle. _________________
