Needless to say, I logged onto my account immediately to make sure that all was well . . . and I was able to log on with no problems, so my chat experience today is just a total mystery. I'm not too concerned, however, because in general my chats with customer service at Everygame Red Casino are generally brief and informative.

In order to withdraw at Everygame Red Casino, a completed Authorization Form, with supporting documentation of identity, must be on file with the casino prior to requesting a payout of any winnings from a players account. Although I've never won off the free chips, I'm sure others have and my luck can and will change at any time.

Playtime at Everygame Red Casino is decent, but wins have been rare for me. The one time my balance went up over $500 I withdrew it right away because I had never even broken $100 at the casino prior to this happening. Everygame does not have the seemingly unlimited match bonuses available that, say, Inetbet routinely offers, but my extremely subjective opinion on match bonuses is that the best bonus in the world is only as good as your playtime. Once it's gone, it's gone.
