ok, here goes nothing.....LOL................how about a guessing contest? How many crushers will be registered at 12 noon christmas day? The rules.............must post ONE answer and no changing of your answer. All answers must be in by Dec. 20th, midnight. Those who guess too few can watch their answer go by........those who guess too many can sit and hope for more registrants. those who disregard the rules will be disqualified. have fun with those guesses. this is also a thinking game.

I love those never ending stories that everyone makes up and the scavenger hunt idea is exciting. All are good ideas but ones that involve having a video camera or other paraphenillia (sp) might be difficult for many members. I know I don't have a camera or video machine LOL

Otherwise I think all the ideas mentioned here are EXCELLENT! In fact it is making me hard pressed to come up with something that hasn't already been mentioned. But I will keep thinking!

I have always liked the "What is your most embarassing moment" contest, but it has probably been done.

I really like the idea that Rhonda came up with where you answer a question and then ask one.

It would be nice to have one where you can only reply once to be fair to everyone. Maybe "Who do you admire, and why?"

One that I thought of is: "What CC member do you have a crush on?" This would be really hard for Al to pick, I know.

It would also be nice to have a really easy one for those of us that find thinking to be a task - maybe " How many people are in your family and what are their names?"

I have to say though that the funnest ones are the ones that are continual.There are always so many surprises with those. I did an alphabet one once where each person answered with the next letter of the alphabet using a word having to do with gambling. How about doing that, but making it words that have to do with sex - without swearing of course.
For instance: The first person would post: A for ASK - ASK your partner if they are in the mood.
The next person would post B for BIGGER. They always claim it to be BIGGER than it really is.
The next person would post for C and on & on. When you get to Z, just start over at A.

How about a marathon bingo session? I know it was done last year, but I had a lot of fun playing!

HERE'S MY IDEA FOR A CONTEST.
Have each CC member that wants to get involved in the contest e-mail Orange Crush with a previously "unknown personal fact" about themselves. You could put "Personal Trivia Contest" in the subject line so OC would know to save the info for this contest. Then OC could list all the info gathered and number them, and also list all the CC members that sent in info. The contest would involve matching the info to the CC member. The member that got the most correct would win the contest.
This would be a fun contest and we would also finish knowing at least one more little thing about a lot of our Crusher friends. ....

This one could be in chat for points
I used to play a game (can not remember the name) where a staff member will think of something and give us clues
every time a clue is given the prize goes down
First correct answer wins

Maybe we could write a short story with x amount of words
Can be as creative as we want
e.g. I love animals so I would write some like...
Eye hoof to tell ewe abutt an udderly hairy tail I herd.

I like the idea of the continuing story, but with a few twists: There has to be a limit on how many posts a member can make during the "Story Time", else people like me will hog it all to themselves (LOL), each post must be accompnied by some kind of visualization, smilies, emoticons,etc., it has to be FUNNY, and when "Story Time" ends, all participating members vote for first place (funniest, maybe), second place, (most creative),yada, yada, yada. But no one can vote for themselves! It might be refreshing to pull up out of that mindset wherein (Oh, God! The legalese is slipping out, sorry!) all we want to do is beat the other guy. It could be the excercise in unselishness we all need from time to time. Waddathink?

how about we give geno say $500 of the $5000 he trying to budget for us and we'll all vote for our favorite casinos. the top 5 casinos would be geno's destination. with $100 for each casino, + i'm sure these casinos would sweet'n the pot alittle for geno. who knows, we could all end up with a $$$ deposited at our favorite casino...... or $500 less in prizes only a portion of the crushers would receive. either way we can't loose, we're crushers. but anyway, they say i sleep good at night because i do all my dream'n during the day.

And hide a bunch of them with CC Points and a few with Money all over
Casino Crush ... Coding them that once someone finds one no one else can claim it
Then Geno could For the Remaining weeks of Dec. make a CCChristmas graphic and do the same thing
