I lost my computer and am now using my husbands laptop. I had to download the software. Now when I log in and it tries to update lobby I get cannot dowload with an error code. This also happens when I try and click on a game. Now I have contacted support but they have to forward it off to another dept. I have not heard back yet and I already made my deposit so I got money sitting there to play and cannot play. Does anyone know how I can fix this??

error code 800130

live chat had no idea what it was about. I tried unistalling and redownloading with my firewall off and even changed compatibilty to xp since I am using win 7 I have also tried running it in adminstrator mode but still nothing.

Hmm The only thing i can think off is if you are using the comodo firewall.
It has a built in anti virus that block many things if you are on win7.

tried fully unistalling then turning off all firewall and antivirus stuff and redownloading and installing. Still nothing

I just downloaded and installed the casino with no problems and im on Win7
There must be something in your PC thats blocking for the casino software.

Tru updating your flash to the LATEST version! I had that same problem after a casino software update.

Now I use chrome and it has it's own flash (never have two flash running it crashes) exg. chrome flash and flash for IE Firefox etc. If you do disable the chrome one... or if you don't use firefox or ie that one.

ok thanks Val I will try updating my flash player.

And yeah Rita it is a pain thank goodness my poker room download works just fine so I played some of it in the poker room lol. I would have prefered to play the slots but if I cannot I guess poker will have to do. I am though going to go right now and try Val's suggestion and hopefully I can play some slots.

Sable are you using Internet Explorer? Maybe use Google chrome instead. I don't use Google Chrome that often but it sure has come in handy at some sites for me.

I love Google Chrome but please remember if you DO go to Google Chrome they have their OWN flash built in and if you have the downloaded one AND the Google Chrome one the flash player will crash.

Since I never use IE hardly at all since I have Chrome I just uninstalled the IE version of flash...

now no more crashes!!

Also in IE goto tools-internet options-security and privicy and make sure those are set to at least med-medhi and maybe for the moment try disabling the pop-up blocker to see if that helps
