Any players that have already submitted today will be credited before they go, but in order to avoid any LONG delays - we have been asked to temporarily remove Everygame Redeems, just until they get back from CAP Euro in Barcelona (an affiliate convention).

Actually that's great timing that you asked that question as it's a new feature I've just added to the Redeem page (Redeem History).
If you click on the Redeem page, just below the Redeem Logo/banner you'll see a link that says <a href='redeem_history.php'>CLICK HERE TO SEE YOUR REDEEM HISTORY AND STATUS UPDATES</a>
From there, you can see your most recent 50 redeem claims (most recent first).
AND... for redeems placed on/after 20th October 2008, you will also be able to check the status ...
(Blank) - for those submitted/claims before 20th October
PENDING - Submitting to the casino and awaiting checking/crediting
CONFIRMED - Redeem bonus has been credited
DECLINED - Your claim was denied
It also shows the Last Update (the date of claim for 'PENDING' or the date of update if CONFIRMED or DECLINED).
These are now updated by the casino when they credit (or decline) your bonuses.
Having had a look at yours, slotmom, your last claim for Everygame was on 30th Sept.

ALL members can see their own redeem history (including claims just made) via the CC Points Redeem menu and then there is a link just beneath the CC Points Redeem Logo/Image near the top which will show you your recent redeems. (see the post above to slotmom re. redeem history).
Basically - even if you don't get your email - if it's here - then it's been sent to the casino (which is the important bit).

Hi all,
As OC has posted i'm waiting for them to get around to looking into it (there's quite a few considerations and setting up theirs and our sides to get these things going).
Also, at the moment they are busy still launching Royal Joker fully and integrating bits into the affiliate program and this has got to be the priority for them for now.
I wouldn't expect to get any such redeem deal this month - but I will chase up next month (once things for them are a little more settled).
On a positive note, they have responded saying that it will be considered once they are nearer / finished the Royal Joker stuff.

I just wanted every body to know that the last time I tried a $25 redeem at Everygame, I only had $141 ($9 short) in deposits and they gave me the $25 anyway. 
I'm not sure if they would do that for everyone - I deposit there A LOT. Still, I thought it was nice and I wanted you all how cool Everygame is!

Ok, now don't get mad at me, please! I read the T&C's very carefully, and to me, four weeks is 28 days. It states that a claim can only be made every four weeks (nowhere does it say once per month) , so, accordingly, 25 (as in May 25th) plus 28 equals 53; 53 minus 31 (the number of days in May) equals 22, thus, I should be able to redeem on the 22nd, not the 25th, right?
If my logic is askew, please let me know where, as I am concerned that if indeed I do have to wait until the 25th to redeem my cc points, my deposit total may be under the $600 limit and I will not be able to redeem the $100 bonus. I know it is free money, and for that I am very grateful; however, losing $625 is bad enough without a technicality decreasing my bonus. I only deposited at Everygame because I trust them more than anyplace else, and I was looking forward to playing tomorrow. Please advise. Thank you all, your forum is the first on my list of sites to visit, and I don't mean to be a pain in the behind.

Ok, now don't get mad at me, please! I read the T&C's very carefully, and to me, four weeks is 28 days. It states that a claim can only be made every four weeks (nowhere does it say once per month) , so, accordingly, 25 (as in May 25th) plus 28 equals 53; 53 minus 31 (the number of days in May) equals 22, thus, I should be able to redeem on the 22nd, not the 25th, right?
If my logic is askew, please let me know where, as I am concerned that if indeed I do have to wait until the 25th to redeem my cc points, my deposit total may be under the $600 limit and I will not be able to redeem the $100 bonus. I know it is free money, and for that I am very grateful; however, losing $625 is bad enough without a technicality decreasing my bonus. I only deposited at Everygame because I trust them more than anyplace else, and I was looking forward to playing tomorrow. Please advise. Thank you all, your forum is the first on my list of sites to visit, and I don't mean to be a pain in the behind.

I myself always starting counting my deposits starting the day after I redeemed last. So I redeemed last month on the 20th, so when I count up my deposit I start with any made after that. That way I know exactly how much I have for the redeem come the 20th of the next month.
So you should just check your deposit history and count the total up from May26th since you did the last redeem on the 25th. and then if you are planning to redeem next month also, just keep track after this one is done then you shouldn't end up having to wonder.

The 4 weeks limit also includes the 'time of the day' you did it
So, if, for example you placed your last claim on 25th May at , say, 11:00 - you will not be able to redeem again until exactly 4 weeks has past (i.e. 22nd June AFTER 11:00 only).

geno I don't mean to contradict but if a month has 5 weeks you still cannot redeem until the same day of the next month hance 5 weeks and not 4. Some months seem to have more than 4 weeks in between the 20th and 20th per say. it is probable only off by a few days or so sometimes but 4 weeks would be 28 days and all but one month at least has 30 days but the system if you redeemed the 20th you cannot redeem until the 20th again which could very well be more than 4 weeks.
It should just state last 4 weeks deposits count but can only be redeemed once per month or something like that.
Oh yeah and feel free if I am wrong to completely scold me lol

OK, so I am a little confused (what is new?) If you transferred from green to red, can you do it the opposite way and transfer red to green? If so, wouldn't that take away the problem with having your redeem put in the red casino? 
To add to the other subject - I agree that it is confusing (unfair?) and a bit odd, that for the deposits you go back 4 weeks, but to redeem you have to wait until 1 month has passed. I guess I just accepted it as "one of those things" (there are so many of "those things")

My deposit history page looks different than yours.
Anyway, what I usually do is keep track of my deposits then after 4 weeks when I'm ready to redeem I click on the above link and make sure their amount matches mine then I submit it and when I receive my email Ithat I've been credited I'm a very happy camper. lol
Everygame is the best. If you submit your redeem monday through thursday you are usually credited within a couple of hours. One time I received my money in less than 5 minutes.
Please note that they do not credit your account on the weekends.

Excuse my going a bit 
I just want to say that I love the Everygame Redeem Offer with CC. Kudos on this Geno The 1st time takes a few days....but then it is Quick!
Just last month (still logged into casino) while I was still playing on the deposit which Qualified me for the Redeem Request, it came through. Never even had to log out and back in. 
LOL I was like what did I hit??? Checked History real quick & it was already credited. 
How awesome is that????

You might wish to bear in mind that if you do meet the deposit terms, that you will definitely qualify (so long as you have not won a prize at another forum in the same time period for the same deposit).
This term has been added to the Redeem Claims page for all Everygame offers

Is anyone else having trouble with a redeem. This is the first time I have had an issue with it not coming in. I put in for it last friday on the 20th. I did email geno about it a few days ago so I hope all will be figured out soon. Usually it is in my account withing a few hours but this time it has been days, I know Everygame just launched a new casino so maybe that has something to do with it, they are just really busy lol

Hi Marilyn, as I explained a couple of days ago we had problems with emails leaving from CC which probably delayed your requests going to the casinos.
Geno resent your requests Friday.
As you know they do not credit on weekends. You should receive them tomorrow hun.

Hi dreamypleasures,
I am guessing you clicked on our banner for Everygame -- and then clicked on "My Account" and mean this as "the first page" ...
I am also guessing from what you've written that you are using Google Chrome browser.
I have just tried exactly the same on my laptop and everything is fine - the address showing the secure lock symbol next to the address and no error message.
I suspect this was a temporary issue perhaps on the Everygame site OR a problem with your internet connection.
Please try again and if you continue to get issues, perhaps try clearing your browser cache (temporary internet files) ... there are plenty of instructions around on how to do that - but if you need further help / still having problems - let me know and I can send you a PM.

Last time i deposited at Everygame was the 26 of august, like a day and a month today, but only for a little, however in the past two years or less i deposited a lot, how far do you go back and is this in conjuction with classic casino and red. My last deposit had the 100 freespins attached. Im just a little confused.

As for your question ...
It is best to take time to read the first post in this topic (click on page 1) ...
There are 3 different offers available - only 1 per player can be claimed every 4 weeks.
If it's more than 4 weeks since you deposited, then at the moment you will not qualify.
Each of the offers have an redeem (bonus) amount that you can claim IF you have met the qualifying deposit amount .... for example the first / lowest offer is:-
$25 for 2500 ccpoints (min $150 USD - or equivalent in account currency deposited and played in past 4 weeks)
CHECK YOUR DEPOSIT HISTORY - ONLY DEPOSITS AFTER WHICH A BONUS HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN APPLIED COUNT TOWARDS THE '150 DEPOSITED'
--> This means if you have deposited, transferred to your Everygame Red Casino account and played at least $150 WITHOUT A BONUS (free spins bonuses are also counted as a bonus) ... then you can claim a $25 free bonus in exchange for 2500 CCpoints.
You can see all the other offers on page 1 on the first post of this topic and when you go to the Redeem Offers page and select the offer you wish to take -- all the terms are again repeated before you enter your account and confirm.

thank you very much. the key fact was this "... then you can claim a $25 free bonus in exchange for 2500 CCpoints" its a trade for cc points, primarily, not the total amount of deposits in 4 weeks, its pointless if you dont have the points first. very confusing

Sorry I only just saw this message. The redeem claims go through generally without me needing to do anything as the system is as automatic as possible (it is manually checked and then approved or declined as appropriate by our casino rep).
I see that this was successfully approved and credited within 24 hours of your claim
