Rhonda I made a deposit or perhaps 2 over a year ago and I get these Free / Bonus Spins...I have not deposited since and never have deposited at Rich Reels and get Free / Bonus Spins there...

Hun I would contact their promotions dept and see if you're eligiable as I would think depositing players should get them before non-depositing players...

Mind you it's worth it to check your acct because not always emails are sent out...

I have the same issues i deposit there also everywee and i have never rec' them. ive asked and of course its computer elevated, but it seems the same ones get it all the time. kinda sucks.....
