TY, Sarah, Paul, and Shirls. My daughter came up to my place today and told me that it was ok to come to her place sometimes, just not every day. Her husband had mede it sound as though it would be an imposition for them at any time.That's great news!! I'm not totaly cut off from the world all of the time! Very Happy

On Christmas morning, it will be their first time where it is only their family. I'm glad for them, I remember how I felt when my kids were young. It will be my first ever alone. I will spend time with the kids on Christmas Eve or later on Christmas Day. No dinner or anything like that is planned, they will come upstairs and open the gifts that I give them.

It's gonna be really hard to be so alone this year but I thank God every day for my grandchildren. They are my lifeline.

It seems like I whine on here so much of the time, I apologize for that. I really need help and support and Crushers are so giving................I'm just trying to keep my head above water until the hard times are over. I promise this will be the last post requesting support, well, maybe not forever but for a very long time.

Like I said in an earlier thread, there are A LOT of people having a difficulties and pain this time of year. They are in my thoughts, heart, and prayers. Hopefully, in yours too.

gloria any time you want to whine as you put it feel free, saves people listening to my bitching lol, its hard when your kids settle down but main thing is you can still visit them sometimes so you can still get to see them, im in the opposite position whereas my parents could visit my kids anytime they want but they dont want to, their loss, anyway sorry itll be such a lonely xmas for you but at least you will see samantha over the holiday period which IS something to look forward too, as others have put for such a so called happy time of year its amazing how many people it saddens and depresses, anyway hope everything goes well for you and remember when you are down that you have a beautiful granddaughter that needs you whos lucky to have a grandmother that cares so much for her as some many children would love to know their grandparents but for many reasons never get the chance

Gloria, don't ever apologise for asking for support from your Crusher family. We are here for you anytime you need it. Spend what time you can with your family and enjoy every second of it. The memories you create while doing that will last a lifetime for each family member.

IF YOU EVER, I mean EVER, do not post something when YOU are down, or in need of some comforting, either emotional, physical, or mental, then I will drive my ass all the way up to where you are, just to give you a real hard kick in the behind lady!!!!!

YOU are such an inspiration to soooooooo many of us, there are many times I cannot find the words to say, then I see your honest-heartfelt-REAL life posts! Even times I do not know how I feel, per say...

I know I am not alone when I say YOU are one amazing woman!!
I am sorry from the bottom of my heart that those close to you, do not understand your pain and forget to show how much they do love and need you in their life.

I may sound absurd to some, but I have real love for you (and so many Crushers) even if it is from a computer.
