RULES

Everyone that makes a post will have their names placed into a random drawing where we will give away 1 x $30 prize.

I did a lot more in the crafts/hobby department. I was going to say watch TV but I actually still watch/listen while I'm on the computer.

I had to think about this one because it seems like I've always been on the computer, I've had one for so long...and COULD NOT live without it, and CC Wink

sometime on the same night whew!!!

oh, lets see I read, cooked, ran, worked, slept,learned karate, learned jujitsu, learned to drive a semi, had babies, sewed by hand, did craft work, learned candlemaking, made candles, made candy,pulled toffee,played ball, oh I could go on forever, I was very active, then I found a computer in my life, Thank GOD!!!! LOL

I worked ( nights for a long time ) so I slept a lot too between doing the washing, ironing, sewing, cooking, looking after the kids. and reproduction porcelean dolls , knitting, cross stitch and occ bingo
What do I do NOW LOL Play games all day and night long when I'm not Bowling LOL

went to bars with my friends - I was a lot younger then!!! Hung out with friends/read/got into TV shows and movies - a little bit of everything...

Hi,

Lets see hmmm I worked in & out of the home plus raising my children, reading { which I still do, but not as often} cooked, baked...I did the whole housewife/mom thing...I was only more efficient back then than now Laughing

I was so busy raising my 5 boys I didn't have any spare time. I have always worked and than running the kids to every school activity. wrestling, football, baseball the YMCA to swim yada yada yada, If I had a moment I would go with my mom and sisters to bingo or read a book. whew I am tired out just writting about it. they are all grown and gone now and I am looking so forward to the grand babies.

hi, well raising my girls myself i worked at my job for 31yrs and a lot of overtime. i played bingo , bowling, and went out drinking and dancing. wow feels like a lifetime ago, and some of the best yrs of my life. oh and went to vegas twice a yr. and then the riverboats came. ty josaie46

I used to spend quite a lot of time staring at a much less interesting glowing screen clicking a much less functional button clickcliclick (sigh) channel surfing clickCLICKclick all night long sometimes in search of entertainment, something more interesting, something less bland. It makes me wonder now what the future holds, I mean who knows how much greater the world of button pushing click happy insomniacs like me, I do know what I might be doing tho-

Well already had my 3 kids and my husband was off work due to an injury for about a year. I decided to get out of the house to keep my sanity and went back to college for a Computer Science Degree. As they say "The rest was history!" after I got into computers. Haven't looked back since.

Do you mean there was a life before computers?...Lol... I worked took care of my family very active in church..Read alot and listen to music.. Not much of a tv person...But computers are different. Smile

OMG you mean there was a time before computers......how did you older generations ever cope....well when i was younger lol before i got a pc i played videogames...soccer ...drank and partied...hmmm still do all them at times...and i watched a lot of tv which i still do...but guess way back most of you wouldnt have heard of a tv either lmaooo
