Hi, I have had my account with Riverbelle, Gaming Club and Lucky Nugget since the mid 90's. I haven't deposited at the Gaming Club or Lucky Nugget since February, 2005. I downloaded and used my original account number, sent in the $25 claim form and had the $25.00 in my account in less then 2 hours.

i sent email to support cause my accoutn was inactive for 8 months and as per them there is no such free 25.00 if you got it previously even if it has been more than 6 months

if you have not accessed your account or logged in for atleast 6 months just submit your info at the website like you are a new player. It must be a full 6 months.

As for the others, I would submit my info on the website & if you were denied then maybe you have accessed your account within the last 6 months or the email you submitted does not match. I don't know what elese to say but sorry it did not work out. hey just thought id point out that Lucky Nugget website does not say anything about existing but 6+ mo. inactive players being eligible for this. However River Belle does indeed offer the bonus and they do say so on their front page. I also spoke with live chat support for River Belle and they confirmed that said was true (24 hours to process request so i don't know yet if they will come through).

Whatever the case, it seems you need to claim the bonus FIRST, before downloading the casino (though Lucky Nugget's form instructs you to keep bonus request form opem while downloading and setting up/reactivating your account so not sure how to go on that one).

Im going to opt out of trying for the bonus from Lucky Nugget as it'll just annoy me if i don't get it and i doubt i will.

I downloaded lucky nugget then went to the website put in the 25 in the claim form. was credited within 2 hours no hassles no problems. played for over 8 hours good casino.this is not hard to get. you will get it if you havent played in 6 months no problem
