i would talk to livesupport about it
maybe the 375 cashout is for the 5K playtrough only,

I was shocked, i could'nt believe it, i am now trying to talk with support, the girl i talk to said she had to get someone higher up to look at this. I think she was in shock as well. I will keep you all up todate as this go's, man been playing 8 hours stright on it and have only went down 1000k my comp points are unreal, just past lvl 8. Thanks guys for all the nice words to, i am happy, it ain't the full 215k but i won it and i am very very happy about that.

wow, $215,000 reset at $4,000. Doesn't seem right if you can't withdraw it and noone else can win it. It shouldn't be void and just go nowhere. I hope they give it to you (AND you get heaps of comp points). Try Boris' idea - it would be great publicity for the casino.

Which leads me to believe they ran this promotion just for that sole purpose. Now they have no obligation to pay a super huge jackpot and its been reset to a minimal 4000 bucks. Works out great and all they have to give out is $375
